How to catch White sturgeon
Acipenser transmontanus

The white sturgeon is a massive, elongated fish known for its size and strength, often found nearshore in the sea and in large river estuaries. It migrates far inland to spawn and has a varied diet that changes with size. Larger individuals mainly eat fish, while smaller ones consume insects and crustaceans.
Where they live
White sturgeon inhabit coastal marine waters, estuaries, and can travel far upriver in North America and parts of Europe. They prefer shallow to moderately deep waters, generally from 1 to over 100 meters deep.
