How to catch Swordfish
Xiphias gladius

Swordfish are large, elongated saltwater predators known for their distinctive broad, flat bills. They inhabit tropical to sub-tropical waters as juveniles and migrate to higher latitudes as they grow. Mature swordfish tend to stay within limited local areas and are prized game fish.
Where they live
Found in saltwater environments of the Atlantic and Mediterranean, swordfish range from surface waters to nearly 2900 meters deep. Juveniles prefer warmer tropical and sub-tropical waters, while adults move to cooler, temperate zones.
