Remora

The shark sucker, or remora, is a saltwater fish known for attaching itself to sharks and other large marine animals using a specialized suction disk on its head. It often hitchhikes on hosts like sea turtles and ships, sometimes swimming freely. This harmless fish feeds by hunting small parasites and other macrofauna on its hosts.
Where they live
Found in warm saltwaters of the Atlantic and Mediterranean, the remora attaches to sharks, large fish, sea turtles, or man-made objects, from the surface down to 200 meters deep.
