The Scorpionfish is a small saltwater predator known for its impressive camouflage and venomous spines. It inhabits ocean depths from shallow reefs to deeper waters. Despite its warning appearance, it is not targeted by anglers due to its size and venom.
Where they live
Found in Pacific saltwater environments from 10 to 200 meters deep, often near reefs or seabeds. Prefers areas where it can ambush prey using camouflage.
