How to catch Round sardinella
Sardinella aurita

The round sardinella is a small pelagic fish known for schooling near coasts in clear, cooler saline waters. It is strongly migratory, often rising near the surface at night and moving deeper during warm seasons. This species feeds selectively on plankton and thrives in temperatures between 18 and 25°C.
Where they live
Found in brackish and saltwater along coasts in Africa, the Atlantic, and Mediterranean regions. Prefers clear, saline waters usually below 24°C, occurring from surface areas down to 350 meters deep, often schooling nearshore and over the continental shelf.
