Pollack is a versatile predator found in Atlantic saltwaters, growing up to 130 cm and 18 kg. Juveniles eat mainly crustaceans, while adults feed on smaller fish and cephalopods. It is a popular game fish known for its strength and fight.

Where they live

Pollack inhabit saltwater depths between 40 and 200 meters, commonly in the Atlantic Ocean. They occupy low to mid water levels near the seafloor.
