The Giant goby is a small elongated fish found mostly in brackish waters among rocks and pools. It feeds on green algae, crustaceans, and small insects. This species thrives in shallow intertidal zones and is known to occasionally enter fresher waters.
Where they live
Found in brackish and saltwater intertidal zones of the Atlantic and Mediterranean. Lives among rocks, weeds, and tidal pools at depths of 10 to 35 meters.
