The European perch is a popular freshwater and brackish water game fish known for its distinctive striped body and spiny dorsal fin. Where they live
Found in freshwater and brackish waters from shallow depths of about 1 meter down to 30 meters. Common in lakes, rivers, and coastal brackish zones across Europe, Asia, Africa, and Oceania.
