The blind shark is a small, elongated shark species found mainly in shallow inshore waters. It often inhabits tide pools and rocky shorelines, exhibiting a preference for coral reefs. Despite its name, it is a capable predator feeding on small reef organisms and fish.

Where they live

Lives in saltwater regions across the Pacific, commonly found in tide pools and along rocky shorelines up to depths of 140 meters. Prefers coral reef areas and surf lines close to shore.
